Where are you in the development process?
Our colon prep program is currently preparing for Phase 3 clinical trials, following a successful Phase 1 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and two successful randomized Phase 2 studies, completed at the Indiana University Health and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Centers.
Our constipation program has completed a successful phase 1 clinical trial, and a range of additional non-clinical studies. We target launching Phase 2 in 2021.
What makes your technology so different?
We focus on enhanced patient experience, and our technology uses ‘food’ as the medium to deliver active ingredients. We pay careful attention to taste, texture, dosing levels, and overall palatability.
When will your products reach the market?
The FDA regulates prescription constipation and colon prep products, and we’re progressing through clinical trials. Forecasting is tricky, but our target is to secure approvals and launch by 2023.
Where will I be able to purchase these products?
When our products are FDA-approved, we expect that your physician will prescribe them, just as conventional drugs are prescribed today.
